Vernon stomped through your apartment. Losing his shit over every little thing you said.

“God Y/N, do you think I’m an idiot!” he badgerd

It wasn’t like him to be this childish. You couldn’t blame him for being angry, but this was too much. You were trying to remain calm so you wouldn’t escalate the argument further.

Keep your voice down, take deep breaths.

“Hansol, listen. This isn’t what you think it is” your voice barely above a whisper. “I didn’t flirt with Chan, please”

“Oh-“ he scoffed “This is rich coming from you! I can’t believe this. I literally saw you flirting with him!”

“Hansol, whatever you saw was just friendly conversation. I did not flirt with him because I have no reason to. If you are unaware, you are my boyfriend! I love you so much, but you just don’t see it!”

You quickly realized you just yelled…at your boyf…riend. You immediately apologize, speaking a mile a minute, but before you could finish your ??th apology you hear a faint sob.

“Fuck Y/N. I really fucked up this time-“ he croaked in between sniffles

Your heart felt like it was being stabbed, torn up into tiny little pieces, absolutely demolished. All you could do in that moment was go to him. As you walked over you were reassuring him that everything would be okay and you still love him. He kept whispering “I messed up” quitely, not for you to hear, but for him. He felt like he deserved to be punished. You are also an idol, you often interact with other idols, and each time you do he feels like dying. Seeing you interact with other idols makes him turn green from jealousy. He loves you more than anything and even thinking about someone else dating you crushes his well being.

“Shhh, it’s okay, everything’s alright now.” you say as you rub circles on his back, letting your fingers untense from a long argument. “I love you, I will never stop loving you, nor would I think of doing so”

Hearing this really eased his nerves. Like all of his horrible emotions and thoughts disappeared from existence. Like nothing really mattered anymore because he knew you loved him, and that was all he wanted.

After he calmed down you let him lay on your chest as you played with his hair. He had fallen asleep after he stopped shaking, plus once he was in your arms he felt safe. Once you heard his soft snores you felt a wave of tranquility, this horrendous argument has passed.
